We are an agricultural farm with community participation, providing meaningful employment and rehabilitation framework for individuals coping with post-trauma — soldiers and civilians alike.
At Bar Kaima, we combine sustainable agriculture with social impact. Through daily farm work and the CSA model (Community Supported Agriculture), participants are part of a structured work environment that creates routine, responsibility, and a sense of belonging. The farm provides not only fresh, chemical-free produce for the community, but also a unique opportunity for post-trauma survivors to rebuild confidence, gain practical skills, and take meaningful steps toward integration into society and the job market.
The farm is also a hub for community life. hosting volunteer days, private events, lectures, and shared experiences that connect people to the land, to healthy food, and to one another.
