An agricultural farm with community participation

which provides employment and educational framework for youth

We’re an agricultural farm with community participation, which provides employment and educational framework for youth on the verge of dropping out or who are not part of the formal education system.

The work at Kaima Beerotayim farm is based on the CSA model – community supported agriculture – in which the community not only consumes the weekly agricultural products, by purchasing the farm produce and weekly basket, but also takes an active part in the process of creating consumer change that includes striving for zero food waste, personal connection with the growers and food sources, and by creating local food culture. The farm is open for hosting volunteer days, private events and lectures, and provides space for community gatherings.
